• Build and ship customer-facing features across frontend and backend • Turn complex workflows into clear and intuitive product experiences • Own features from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration • Work directly with customers to understand needs and validate solutions • Improve product quality, performance, accessibility and reliability • Contribute to architecture, tooling and engineering practices across the product

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building modern web products • Comfortable working across frontend and backend • Product-minded and attentive to usability, detail and customer value • Able to move from ambiguity to a simple, maintainable solution • Clear communicator who enjoys working closely with customers and teammates • Experience with TypeScript, React, APIs, databases or early-stage products is a plus
