As a Data Platform Engineer at Hedda, you will build the foundations that connect customer data, documents and project history to our AI products. You will own reliable ingestion, processing and integration workflows while improving the infrastructure, observability and developer experience that help the whole engineering team move faster.

What you’ll do
• Build reliable ingestion and processing pipelines for documents and structured data • Develop integrations with customer systems and external services • Design data models and storage patterns for secure, scalable access • Improve observability, testing, deployment and operational reliability • Build internal tooling that helps engineers develop and debug faster • Work with product and AI engineers to turn platform capabilities into customer value

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with backend or data-intensive systems • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure • Care about reliability, security, observability and maintainability • Comfortable owning systems from design through operation • Clear communicator who works well across engineering and product • Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure as code or developer tooling is a plus
